    [Christmas Tournament] Comission

    The Commission: Rules and Explanation

The commission consists out of 24 members representing the 24 teams that will be active in the Artic GunZ Tournament. The power of the commission can be made use of when a particular team disagrees with the decision of the GM. But it can be the other way around as well. If there has been made NO decision in a crucial situation that may have affected a team then that team can make use of the commission. Once a decision is reversed then the tournament host will find a suitable solution to satisfy both teams. I have put forth an example how a claim should be made.

    Example
Every captain member can object to a (unfair) decision been made by the staff member attending the game. For example: The score is 8-8 and the match is being played in Garden between Team _Rebels and Team_Alliance . The strategy of team_Alliance is to stay inside and bring the fight inside. Team Rebels refuses to go inside and complains to GM_Veisage that team Alliance is camping. GM_Veisage forces Team_Alliance to play outside which results in Team_Alliance losing the game 11-8. Team_Alliance does not agree with this decision and the captain decides to object with his power of the commission. Bare in mind that a claim must be posted within 2 hours of the event (match) that happened. Any threads that are posted any later will be closed automatically and deleted.

    Step 1
The captain of Team_Alliance is Elicar. He disagrees with the decision and decides to go on the forum and intends to create a thread with proof for his claim. He creates the thread in the following order: [Clan name] + [Objection to the decision of [the name of the staff member] ---> Team_Alliance objection to the decision of GM_Veisage.

    Step 2
In the thread the captain gives an abstract of the situation and supports this with evidence (replay) and possible other tools which can make it clear to the other members of the commission of what the claim is and why it should be reversed. (youtube, screenshots etc.) Do not get mistaken, we do not accept foul language or any insults towards any member of the community. There must be referred to the rules that will be put forth in the tournament section very soon.

    Step 3

Once the thread of captain Elicar is posted, it is now the turn for the other captains of every participating team. The other captains can reply in this thread and simply give a -1 or a +1 for the claim. The forums names of the captains will be known to the administrators in advance. The votes will be counted by the tournament host and dependant of the results of the voting subsequently the decision will be reversed (or not).

    Step 4
Once the thread is posted by the reporter the count will start at. This means 23 members have the possibility to vote. Example: 11 members vote -1 and 12 members vote +1. this means that the overall score will be +1. This means that the claim has been accepted and thus the decision will be reversed.

    Best Regards

    Artic GunZ Staff
